Stefani Rodgers, CDA/EFDA
Practice Administrator / Treatment Coordinator
Stefani received her certification in Dental Assisting with Expanded Functions from Erwin Technical College in 2001 and worked alongside Dr. McDuffie, performing four-handed dentistry as a clinical assistant, for 10+ years. She now oversees the day-to-day functions of the practice, as well as providing treatment consultations.
Stefani enjoys applying her clinical knowledge when organizing and presenting treatment plans, and she makes it her priority to understand your dental concerns or wishes while discussing ways to meet those needs within your budget. Her goal is to help you become comfortable with the thought of treatment, knowledgeable of your options, and confident in your decision.
Outside of the office, Stefani can be found attempting to keep up with her 15 year old daughter and 10 year old son. She enjoys spending her free time on the water, and is an active member of the Dragon Boat, SUP and Outrigger-Canoe racing communities.
Sherri Murdoch, EFOA
Insurance and Billing Specialist
Sherri has been involved with various aspects of dentistry for over 20 years and has obtained state certifications in Orthodontic Assisting, Radiographs, and several Business Management courses. As the Insurance and Billing Specialist at Boyette Dental, she is proficient in explaining insurance benefits and processing dental claims. Dental insurance can be complicated, and Sherri enjoys the satisfaction of helping our patients by communicating between them and their insurance company.
Born in Winter Park, Sherri is a true Floridian. She grew up in an Air Force family, though, and claims several home states such as Texas, Alabama, and Kentucky. She and her husband, Wade, have raised 5 kids together in a blended, never-a-dull-moment, loving household.
Sherri enjoys watching sports with lots of family, friends and food. On the weekends, she can be found out on her boat, going for a Harley ride, or at a sporting event.
Peggy Force, RDH
Dental Hygienist
Peggy received her degree in Dental Hygiene from LCC in Ohio, and brings 30+ years of hygiene experience to Boyette Dental. Because she wants your visits with her to be as comfortable as possible, Peggy is also certified to administer local anesthesia.
As a Dental Hygienist, Peggy strives to help you reach an optimal level of oral health. In addition to cleaning your teeth, Peggy will take x-rays, check for signs of oral disease and provide education on ways to improve and maintain good dental health. She takes pride in knowing she is making a difference by giving you a brighter smile.
Peggy likes to spend her time away from the office with friends and family, and playing with her Grandchildren. She enjoys boating, water skiing and snow skiing.
Tina Nichols, EFDA
Dental Assistant
Tina is an experienced Dental Assistant with more than 10 years in the dental field. She received her Dental Assisting certification with Expanded Functions in North Carolina, and has been a part of the Boyette Dental team since moving to Florida in 2017. Tina keeps herself up-to-date with the latest dental techniques and is always eager to learn.
During your visit, you are guaranteed to notice Tina’s cheerful disposition and infectious smile. She excels at going the extra mile to make sure you have a great experience and are comfortable throughout your appointment.
Tina treasures downtime with her husband (a Combat Veteran) and their children. As members of the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association, a large portion of their time together is spent fundraising and donating their time and efforts to local Veterans in need.
Hector Torres, EFDA
Dental Assistant
Hector received his Dental Assisting certification with Expanded Functions from UMA Tampa in 2011, and has 8+ years of Dental Assisting experience. He joined the Boyette Dental Team in March 2019, and is enthusiastic about his role as our New Patient Coordinator.
Patients and staff enjoy Hector’s positive personality, as he is quick to make others feel at ease. He especially feels a sense of accomplishment when he can make people with previous negative memories of dentistry feel comfortable and happy when they receive dental care. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Hector is bilingual and is a huge asset in translating for our Spanish speaking patients.
In his free time, Hector enjoys spending quality time with his wife, going to the movies, and detailing his spotless car.
