Boyette Dental Savings Plan

What the plan includes:

• 2 Healthy Mouth Cleanings per year (Prophylaxis)
• 2 Exams per year
• 2 Sets of X-Rays per year (includes full mouth x-ray series, panoramic x-ray, 4 bitewing x-rays or periapical images)

Plan Cost:

• Single $240 per year
• Dual* (ADD SPOUSE OR CHILD) $440 per year
• Family of six* $660 per year

Restrictions Apply*: Family plan includes two adults and four children age 12 years and up. Offer good for unmarried child up to age 26 (age 26 if full time student) residing in same household. May not be combined with insurance coverage or other dental plans. Yearly fee is non-refundable and not transferable.

Insurance

We make every effort to keep dental care affordable, while maintaining the high level of quality to which we have dedicated ourselves. It should be noted that dental insurance is designed to defray some of the costs of dental care by paying a portion or percentage of the bill. We will work with traditional insurance and PPOs, when possible.  Call our office for more information!
