Brett Langston, DMD, is an experienced prosthodontist and the director of Dental Implant and Aesthetic Specialists of Atlanta in Brookhaven, Georgia. He specializes in dental restoration, tooth replacement, and cosmetic dentistry.

Dr. Langston attended Saint Peter’s University in Jersey City, New Jersey, for his undergraduate degree. He earned his doctor of medicine in dentistry in 2005 from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. 

Dr. Langston completed his residency with the United States Army Advanced Education Program in Prosthodontics at Fort Gordon in Georgia. He then served as the chief of Prosthodontics at Fort Drum, New York, providing top-quality care for more than 17,000 soldiers in the 10th Mountain Division.

Now working in private practice, Dr. Langston prides himself on delivering comprehensive dental restoration to his patients. Attention to detail and personalized treatment plans ensure that all his patients achieve their best and healthiest smile.

Dr. Langston is dedicated to continuing education in prosthodontics. He deeply understands the preservation of oral health and the options available for replacing teeth and restoring mouth function.

In his spare time, Dr. Langston loves spending time with his wife, Lyndsay, and their three children, Alexis, Annabelle, and Knox. He and Lyndsay, who is also a dentist, have been together since high school and often talk about dentistry over the dinner table. Dr. Langston also enjoys swimming and sports.
