Our office is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM.
At this time we are not accepting new patients.
We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day. We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact Dr. McElfish provides many types of dental services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Automated Appointment Reminders
We use an automated appointment reminder system to confirm your scheduled appointments.
- postcard, which you should receive 1 week prior to your appointment
- Email, which will be delivered to your email address 3 days prior to your appointment
- Text message, which will arrive 24 hours prior to your appointment
With both the Email and Text message reminders you are able to confirm your appointment or let our office know you need to reschedule the appointment.
Failure to notify our office of a cancellation may result in a charge. See our missed appointment policy for more information.
Missed Appointment Policy
When we make your appointment, we are reserving a room for your particular needs. We ask that if you must change an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. This courtesy makes it possible to give your reserved room to another patient who would like it.
We feel our patient’s time is valuable. When your appointment is made, a room is reserved, your records are prepared, and special instruments are readied for your visit. Except for emergency treatment for another patient, you can expect us to be prompt. We, of course, would appreciate the same courtesy from you.
There is a charge for not showing up for scheduled appointments. Repeated cancellations with less than 24 hours notice (during inclement
weather this does not apply) or missed appointments will result in loss of future appointment privileges.
