Meet The Team

Dr. Rodriguez has been working in the dental field for over 20 years. She has been practicing dentistry in the Tampa Bay area for the past 12 years.  She obtained her first dental degree in 2001- in Colombia where she practiced for two years. After moving to the United States, she attended the University of Illinois College of Dentistry in Chicago where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S) degree. Dr. Rodriguez is a member of the American Dental Association, The American  Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Florida Dental Association, West Coast District Dental Association, and American Academy of Facial Esthetics.

Dr. Rodriguez is a Kois trained dentist she has completed advanced, ongoing education at the Kois Center, focusing on a patient-centered, science-based approach to dentistry, including thorough risk assessment and evidence-based treatment planning for improved patient outcomes. Dentists must be committed to lifelong learning when they train with Kois. The Kois Center is not a weekend course or an overnight class to help someone become proficient in cosmetic dentistry. It is an advanced way of thinking and training to help those like Dr. Rodriguez enhance their professional and personal growth.

Her empathy and compassion are some of the qualities that allow her to build a trusting and professional relationship with her patients.

When Dr. Rodriguez is not in the office.  She likes to spend time with her 7-year-old son Max, family and friends. She also enjoys outdoor activities like rollerblading, running, and Scuba Diving.  During her quite time she enjoys doing Jigsaw puzzles, reading books and drinking red wine.

Tammy is our wonderful Manager and Insurance coordinator.  Tammy has been in the Dentistry field for 30 years. She started her career as a Dental Assistant and transitioned into the managing part about 20 years ago. She is a Florida native. She is an active advocate and volunteer for the Breast Cancer foundation awareness. When she is not working she loves to travel with family.

Athena is our Registered Den Hygienist from Tampa FL. She graduated from UCF  with a BA in Anthropology and then earned her AS at the St Petersburg College of Dental Hygiene program. She enjoys swimming , yoga and cooking/baking her favorite recipes. She provides excellent care to her patients with focus on education and prevention. She is looking forward to meeting you. 

Alíen is a Registered Dental Hygienist with eleven years of experience. A native of Cuba, he came to the US in 2000 and completed his dental hygiene education in Florida. Alíen is recognized for his gentle approach and commitment to ensuring his patients' comfort. Outside of his professional dedication, he is a lifelong learner who values intellectual curiosity, prioritizes a healthy lifestyle, and enjoys exploring the world through travel and staying active with motorcycling, scuba diving, and exercising.

Malika is our certified Dental Assistant with a wealth of experience in the dental field, having worked as a Dental Assistant since 2006. Her passion for patient care and attention to detail make her an invaluable asset to our practice.

Outside of work, Malika is a proud mother of three and enjoys spending her free time on the tennis and pickleball courts, where her competitive spirit and love of the game shine. Her ability to balance professionalism and a vibrant life inspires both her colleagues and patients.
