About Dr. Akel

Dr. Akel is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University School of Dental Medicine. He has participated in NSU’s Advanced Education in General Dentistry, with an emphasis in Cosmetic Dentistry, Prosthodontics, Endodontics and Periodontics.

As well as the joy of creating “Hollywood” smiles for his patients, Dr. Akel thrives on providing them with confidence and uplifting self-esteem through improved oral care. Each of his patients receives the personalized attention and the best possible treatment available to give his patients healthy and beautiful smiles.

Dr. Akel is a member of several Dental and Professional Organizations:  The American and Florida Cosmetic Dental Associates; Members  of Wellington, Central Palm Beach/Palms West and Boynton Beach Chamber of Commerce; Charity Functions/Church; Cancer Society; Diabetes and Heart Association; Rotary Club, Boys & Girls Club, Special Olympics Sponsor;  Local Community Sports Teams Sponsor, as well as Annual Visitations to local Classrooms to Educate students on Oral Hygiene.

Dr. Akel and Perfect Smile Dentistry take pride in being active in the Community and sponsoring many of the soccer, softball, and basketball youth teams.
