COVID-19 Update

We have been working diligently to improve our services and protocols to help prevent the spread of the Covid19 and to protect our team, our patients, and our community. We wanted to make you aware of some changes to our procedures for office visits to ensure your safety. These protocols will be carried on indefinitely:

- Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing and disinfection. That may mean that you will be offered fewer options forscheduling.
- Pre-appointment confirmation calls to assess any changes in your health. We ask that you return any calls or text messages form our office to answer our screening questions. (we have enclosed a copy of the COVID-19 questionnaire for you to review)
- Contact-Free & Mobile Check In: please call us when you arrive and remain in your car until we contact you that it is ok to enter the office. (this will minimize the number of patients in waiting area)
- Mask requirements: All patients are required to wear a mask while in office
- Temperature checks: All patients will be checked for fever with an infrared/touchless thermometer
- Hand sanitizer to be used by all patients before entering operatory
- Limitations on companions: Only patients are allowed entry within the office. Family members or friends must remain outside in the car, unless needed to assist patient (handicap, translator, etc)
- Please bring a pen to fill out or sign any necessary documents.
- Our staff will follow infection control protocol and you will see us with proper protection equipment. We will need extra time to properly disinfect all surfaces in our office.
- If you are sick and do not feel well, please inform the office immediately.
