Steven Burman, DMDGeneral Dentist & Family Dentist
Steven Burman, DMD, FAGD, MALD, D.ABDSM(Diplomate, American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine), is a perceptive and good-natured dentist providing comprehensive care for the entire family at Burman Dental, L.L.C., in Jupiter, Florida. Dr. Burman is a third-generation dentist. His passion for dentistry ignited during his childhood.
Dr. Burman obtained his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Adelphi University in Garden City, New York, before finishing his Doctorate of Dental Medicine at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark. He finished his residency at the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
Dr. Burman is originally from East Brunswick, New Jersey. For eight years, he practiced dentistry in Roselle Park with his father. In 2001, he opened a private practice in Manalapan Township, New Jersey, to be closer to home, spend more time with his family, and coach his boys in baseball and basketball. In 2014, Dr. Burman moved to sunny Florida and opened Burman Dental, L.L.C.
To expand his education, Dr. Burman attends multiple continuing education programs every year and never stops learning and advancing his clinical skills. Dr. Burman has studied many avenues of dentistry, including laser dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, treatment for sleep apnea, and the use of innovative and advanced dental technologies.
Dr. Burman is a fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, and a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, and the Academy of Laser Dentistry, and the American Sleep Association. He’s a Diplomate of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine.
Dr. Burman is also a master, past president, and former board member of the Academy of Laser Dentistry and a certified educator and master of erbium YAG laser technology.
For Dr. Burman, building meaningful and lasting doctor-patient relationships is especially important. He gets to know every patient he sees and takes time to learn about important aspects of their health and wellness, including lifestyle and quality of life.
Dr. Burman strives to enhance patient comfort, relieve any dental anxiety, and improve dental health and general wellness. He’s in his element when he’s helping others obtain optimal dental health and beautiful, confident smiles.
Outside of the dental office, Dr. Burman cherishes valuable time with his wife, Laura, and his three children. When he isn’t creating beautiful smiles, his priority is family time. Dr. Burman is an avid sports fan and supports the Yankees. He enjoys music and boating, and his true passion is playing tennis.
Amanda Rachel Rodman, DDS
Since a young age, Dr. Rodman remembers wanting to be a dentist. She grew up in Annapolis, Maryland, but now calls South Florida home with her husband and son.
Dr. Rodman received her Bachelor of Science degree in General Biology from the University of Maryland, College Park, and then completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in Baltimore. While in dental school, Dr. Rodman completed a digital dentistry “clerkship” which focused upon many of the innovative dental technologies which are used at Burman Dental today.
What has always appealed to Dr. Rodman is the ability to have a direct impact on patient confidence and oral health, making sure that her patients feel comfortable and receive high quality, conservative and personalized treatment. “The most important thing to me in my practice is the relationship I have with my patients; I will always place that above any other consideration.”
Understanding the need for ongoing learning, Dr. Rodman regularly devotes time to continuing education. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity.
When not in the office, Dr. Rodman relishes spending time with her husband and son at the beach and local parks. She enjoys riding horses (since she was five) and was an intercollegiate athlete while at the College of Charleston. An avid Yogi, Dr. Rodman helps her patients apply many breathing techniques she uses during her Yoga practice to reduce anxiety, and relax.

David M RoshkindDMD, MBA, FAGD, MALD
David M. Roshkind, DMD, FAGD has practiced General, Cosmetic, and Laser Dentistry in Florida for over 45 years. He has owned practices in West PalmBeach and Gainesville, FL.
Dr. Roshkind earned his DMD degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, and MBA in Health Care Administration from the Wharton School. He earned his BA in Biochemistry and Engineering from Cornell University. He certified as a Dental Laser Educator at theUniversity of San Francisco, California.
Over the years, Dr. Roshkind has presented seminars, lectures, and workshops at numerous professional congresses and meetings in the US and internationally, including the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, California Dental Association, Florida State Board of Dentistry, and Academy of Laser Dentistry.
He has been on the American Dental Association Standards Committee, Delegate to the Florida Dental Association House of Delegates, Board of Directors of Health Systems Agency of West Palm Beach, is a charter member of the Academy of Laser Dentistry, where he has served as President. He received the Academy’s Outstanding Services Award in 1998 and Outstanding Educator Award in 2020.
Dr. Roshkind’s research articles have been published in *Practical Periodontics and Aesthetics, Dental Implant Summaries 3i, Photomedicine and Laser Surgery, Alpha Omegan Journal, and others.*
When not seeing patients, Dr. Roshkind enjoys skiing, ballroom dancing, playing clarinet and saxophone, and attending Broadway shows, concerts, and dance performances.
