Appointments

Scheduled appointments allow our team to reserve time specially for your child.

Pediatric Dental Care respects our patients’ time and makes every effort to remain on schedule. We ask that you please plan to arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment in case there is paperwork to fill out.

Some visits are more complicated than initially anticipated, and emergencies may arise that could delay us. Please accept our apology in advance in such circumstances. If we are significantly delayed, every effort will be made to notify you beforehand so you may choose to come later or reschedule.

Cancellation Policy

Pediatric Dental Care understands that life happens and unforeseen circumstances may cause you to have to cancel your child’s appointment. We do request a 24-hour cancellation notice on all appointments.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your child’s appointment, please call our office as soon as possible so that we may give that time to another patient.

We are available to see your child, answer your questions, and schedule appointments at our northern Virginia dental clinic during the following hours.
