Your estimated payment is due at each time of service. We accept cash, checks (with appropriate I.D.), major credit cards, and Care Credit financing. As a courtesy, we will try to estimate your portion for the next visit; however, please note that our pre-treatment estimates are only that, estimates!
Insurance companies are constantly revising their coverage and exclusions. The only true determination of your benefits will occur when we receive your insurance company's final explanation and payment of benefits (E.O.B.). Any service deemed not covered by your insurance company will automatically become your responsibility.

We ask that that you give us 48 hours notice if you need to change your appointment so we can offer your time to another patient. If not, a $50.00 broken appointment fee will be assessed.

We are a medical facility; therefore, we are dedicated to minimizing the spread of disease. If your child is staying home from school due to illness the day of his/her appointment, please call us to reschedule that appointment without a penalty. We also ask that siblings who may be home from school that day due to illness not accompany you and your child to the office. If your child has a cold, fever, runny nose, open sore or other possibly contagious condition, we ask that you call us ahead of time to determine the eligibility of your child for treatment that day (especially if your child is coming in for a sedation or nitrous appointment). If necessary, we will do what we can to accommodate you if we have to reschedule your appointment, but ultimately your child's comfort as well as, the health of our other children, parents and staff are our top priorities.

We recognize that Frederick is a growing area with a lot of construction and traffic. However, please understand that if you're more than 10 minutes late for your child's appointment your tardiness will impact the appointments scheduled after you. Please call ahead to see if we can accommodate you. If you are bringing more than one child, it is possible we can see one child less if your arrival isn't too delayed.

WEATHER DELAYS: The safety of our patients and staff is our highest priority. Our patients and staff come to us from not only Frederick, but also Hagerstown and west, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia; some drive over an hour to visit us on a normal-weather day. Even if the roads around Frederick are clear, we may need to cancel for all or part of the day for safety. Please call our office for the most up-to-date information that day. We attempt to make a decision very early in the morning. If a major snow event is expected to occur the next day, we will make every effort to e-mail our patients the night before to make them aware of any specific updates for that day.
Please be sure to visit our Forms & Insurance page to learn more about the insurance plans we accept and necessary forms you can download before your visit.
