Appointments

We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Woodinville, WA, we have Scheduling Coordinators waiting to assist you with all of your scheduling needs. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible. Our office requests at least 48 hours notice when changing your appointment in order to avoid a cancellation/ late rescheduling fee. 

Insurance and Billing

We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan.  All Family Shoreline Dental does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist. 

In-Office Insurance Plans (charged annually, for patients without dental insurance)

$399 per adult - includes 2 exams, 2 cleanings and 1 full mouth series x-rays & 20% discount on treatments.

$299 per child (age 13-15) - includes 2 exams, 2 cleanings and 1 full mouth series x-rays & 20% discount on treatments.

Payment Options

Financing Options
