Your first visit is all about you – your comfort, your happiness, and your health.
At your first visit, the doctors will review your medical and dental history forms. They will perform an oral cancer screening, examine your teeth, and take appropriate x-rays, The hygienist will then perform a comprehensive periodontal screening. From these findings the doctors will create an individual treatment plan. They will explain why the treatment is necessary and answer any questions. A front desk team member will then go over finances and schedule your coutinuing care.
Bring your smile, but also remember to bring these with you to your first appointment:
- Your completed patient information forms
- Your insurance card
