Meet The Dentists – Dr. Chiun-Hung (Tony) Chen & Dr. Lieu Cao
Dr. Tony Chen and Dr. Lieu Cao met and received their DDS from SUNY Buffalo Dental School in New York. After graduating from dental school, In 2005, Dr. Chen and Dr. Cao decided to move to Roseville, CA to start a dental practice and a family together.
They created Arbor View Dental Group, a state of the art dental practice that caters to patients of all ages and dental needs. Making each dental experience as pleasant and as stress-free as possible is a priority for both doctors.

Dr. Chen and Dr. Cao are both committed to delivering high-quality dental care while staying current with the latest technologies. They are both current members of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association and the Sacramento District Dental Society. Their ultimate goal is to have a true family practice where their patients always feel welcomed and are treated like family. Most of their spare time is spent with their children Maddy, Molly, and August.

We feel like our patients are friends and family. Dr. Chen focuses on our adult patients and Dr. Cao specializes in kids dental care ranging from infants and toddlers to teenagers.

Dr. Tony Chen believes in actively listening to his patients. He is known for his gentle chair side manner and his ability to put his patients at ease. High quality dental care is achieved through his attention to detail. Dr. Chen is originally from New York City. He enjoys basketball, bowling, and anything hi-tech.
Dr. Lieu Cao
Dr. Lieu Cao is orginally from the Bay Area. She recieved her undergraduate degree at UC Davis and her D.D.S. at SUNY at Buffalo Dental School. After graduation, Dr. Cao recieved further training at the VA in Palo Alto. Dr. Cao loves getting to know her patients. She is committed to establishing long term relationships with her patients and their families. Dr. Cao has a genuine love for treating children and patients that need some extra TLC. Her interests are decorating, traveling and eating good food (especially anything spicy).
