Since its establishment, several generations of families throughout the Atchison and Leavenworth, KS and St. Joseph, MO communities have trusted us with their oral healthcare.     I joined Atchison Family Dentistry in 1984 with Dr. Corrigan, continued with Dr. Van Dyne and now get to work with Dr. Patel! My role includes assisting him with patient procedures, general maintenance of equipment and inventory control.

    I graduated with my Associate's of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from Johnson County Community College in 1987 and joined Atchison Family Dentistry in 1993.

    I joined Atchison Family Dentistry in 2019. Before joining the team at Atchison Family Dentistry, I spent 10 years working as a Department Manager at a local business, which I loved.

    Rosella ('Petie') joined our team in the spring of 2019.  She has lived in the Atchison area all her life. She has been in the dental field for over 30 years and is very knowledgeable with both the administrative and clinical aspect of the profession. She wears many hats at the office and prides herself on excellence. Her ultimate goal at Atchison Family Dentistry is to provide our patients with the most comfortable and enjoyable experience as possible. Outside of the office, Petie likes to spend time with Greg, her husband of 17 years, her two cats Bob and Red and her hound dog whose name is Buck.  She enjoys cooking, camping and watching movies.
