Our Team

I have been a dental assistant for 17 years, 15 of those I have spent with the Crow Family Dentistry team. The part of my job I enjoy the most is working with Dr. Don Crow treating patient's for Obstructive Sleep Apnea with Oral Appliance therapy. It is such a joy to help patient's sleep better, to improve their quality of life and get to know each and every patient along the way. Outside of the office I enjoy spending time with my husband, two children and two Labradors. We love to get outdoors and camp, hike, play sports and horseback ride. You will also find me tending to my garden and hanging out with my chickens or as I like to call them my 'girls'.

I have been a dental assistant for 24 years and for the last 20 years I’ve worked with Drs. Don and Michelle Crow.  I truly love the team I work with here at Crow Family Dentistry.  Patient care is our top priority and I feel proud to be a part of such an awesome group of people.  I really enjoy the interaction with our patients.  I take pride in helping our patients relax and helping them achieve the smile they want.  I enjoy camping, going to concerts and especially spending time with my husband and son. “Smile Big, Smile Often”

I am excited to be part of Bond Family Dentistry. I grew up in the Madison neighborhood and attended Everett High School. Since then I became a dental assistant in 2002 and a dental hygienist in 2011 receiving my Bachelor's of Science in Dental Hygiene degree in 2012. 

I enjoy spending time with my immediate and extended family, camping, fishing, reading, a warm cup of tea, and naturally…. Seahawk football. I look forward to seeing you! Go Hawks!

I have been in the dental field for about four years.  I love working with patients and have experience in all areas of the front office.  I love building relationships with patients and to really understand what a patient needs with regard to dental treatment, then help them create a plan to get the work completed as efficiently as possible.   Patient care is my passion.  I am a new member to Crow Family Dentistry and I am very excited to be part of such an amazing team.  In my free time I love spending time with my family and friends.  My husband and I live in Snohomish where we both grew up and love the little town.  We enjoy house projects and hanging with our three little ones.  We have a new edition to our family and she is 15 months old and keeps us very, very busy.  If I get a free moment which is rare I love hot yoga and working out.

I started in the dental field in 2004 after attending the dental program at Sno-isle techical skill center. After my grandmother, who was a dental hygienist, took me to work with her, I knew this was the field for me! As the newest addition to Crow Family Dentistry, I look forward to getting to know the patients on a personal level. In my free time my husband and I enjoy spending time with our dog Louie and our cat Capone.

I graduated from Pierce College’s Dental Hygiene Program in 2011 and continued my education through Eastern Washington University until I received my bachelor’s in Dental Hygiene in 2013. My passion is patient education. I also like to explain our work so  patients are better able to understand what we, as dental professionals, are doing and why we came to a particular recommendation. Outside of the dental practice, I enjoy movies, videogames, playing with my dog, cooking, and going to the random hockey game at the Angel of the Winds Arena.

I have been in the dental field for the past 20 years and for the last 16 years I’ve worked with Dr.s’ Don and Michelle Crow. I started out in the office working at the front desk, I really enjoyed it. I moved down to the Hygiene department about 12 years ago and I truly love working in Hygiene. The patients I have really come to know over the years are great. It’s fun to see what has gone on in their lives every 6 months. The staff at Crow Family Dentistry are amazing and I love working with everyone here. They are my 2nd family. I enjoy spending time with my Husband of 30 years and our 3 children, and my grandson Kasen.
