Coronavirus (Covid-19) Appointment Procedures

 University Park Endodontics is continuing to limit our patients and take precautions within our office. We ask that only the patient come into the practice, with exceptions to those needing assistance or minors. Patients are asked to complete paperwork through this website when possible. You will receive a message the morning of your appointment reminding you to call the office upon your arrival to our parking lot, a phone number will be sent with that message.  A mask is required while patients are in the office unless in an operatory. Our highest priority is to keep our sanitary policies above standards and use preventative measures for both patients and employees.  We will continue to review local and national updates on a daily basis to be up-to-date on restrictions or suggested guidelines for our patients and staff.  We appreciate the patience from referring doctors and patients during this time.
