Dental Staff

Dr. Gary Braun graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry in 2013 (currently Rutgers School of Dental Medicine) with an honors in Prosthodontics. Dr. Braun went on to complete a General Practice Residency at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch. where he performed advanced procedures under specialists in oral surgery, orthodontics, periodontics, pediatrics, and endodontics. During his time in residency, Dr. Braun was the team leader on several operative room cases for special needs patients within the hospital. He also obtained an award for publishing a case-based research article relating smoking and diabetes to periodontal disease. 

Dr. Braun has over 9 years of experience practicing dentistry in New Jersey and New York performing advanced procedures in several specialties. He has obtained supplemental training in endodontics, implants, holistic dentistry, comprehensive invisalign treatment (gold tier), HealthyStart interceptive orthodontic treatment, and advanced training in ozone therapy/administration in conjunction with all facets in dentistry. Dr. Braun is currently an active member of the International Academy of Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT) and has undergone extensive training to earn accreditation within the academy. He is also an active member of the American Dental Association, the New Jersey Dental Association, and the Monmouth-Ocean County Dental Society. 

Dr. Braun was born and raised in Marlboro, NJ. He has returned back to Marlboro, where he resides with his wife, to bring his talents and expertise to the area he grew up in. 

Dr. Mark Berkowitz has been in active practice for over 40 years.  He is a graduate of New York University dental school and has served as a dentist in the armed forces.  He has been a biological dentist for the past 20 years. He is an Accredited Member of the IAOMT and is on the Board of Directors.  Dr. Berkowitz is also a Chairman of the Mentor Committee.

Dr. Berkowitz takes the time to listen to his patients and their various health concerns.  With his vast knowledge of the dental and medical fields, he helps determine a course of treatment needed for his patients. He performs biocompatibility on his patients with potential allergy issues.

 Dr. Berkowitz has eliminated working with any metals and restores teeth with natural materials such as Zirconia and E-Max.  He uses BPA free composite materials and does not practice with fluoride.                Dr. Berkowitz places Zirconia Dental Implants and only uses a natural bone graft material (no cadaver bone).  Ozone Therapy is widely used within the practice and helps reduces inflammation both in the mouth and systemically.  

Dr. Berkowitz, has resided in Marlboro, NJ for over 40 years.  He enjoys traveling with his wife, family time with his 3 children and having fun with his grandchildren.

Dr. Garfinkel has been with this practice for over 32 years.  Dr. Garfinkel received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University in 1986 and completed his residency at Flushing Hospital, Queens, NY.  

Dr. Garfinkel is a general dentist specializing in but not limited to Cosmetic and Restorative procedures, Dental Implants, Surgery, Orthodontics and Periodontal procedures.

Dr. Garfinkel is a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID) and a top tier Invisalign Certified Provider.

Dr. Garfinkel treats all of his patients like family.  He works conservatively while providing his patients with the best possible dental care.  Dr. Garfinkel prides himself on patient education and strives to provide excellent dental care and ideal treatment even in the most complex of situations.  

Dr. Garfinkel was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY.  He has resided in Morganville for the past 30 years where he currently lives with his wife Dorit.  

Stephanie is a graduate from Rutgers University in 2014. After graduating, Stephanie started in pediatrics as well as securing a part time position in our office.  We were delighted to bring her expertise and energetic personality on full time as of 2016.

Stephanie prides herself in patient comfort while providing optimal care.  Stephanie is trained (IAOMT) in Ozone Therapy to incorporate alternative medicine with traditional methods.

Stephanie enjoys spending her time off at the Jersey Shore where she was born and raised and currently resides.

Stephanie has been a great addition to our team!

Lisa is a Registered Dental Hygienist for 22 years now and joined our practice 7 years ago.  Lisa graduated from New York City College of technology in 1997. 

Lisa prides herself on developing strong and lasting relationships with her patients. She has genuine care and concern for all.  She is also trained (IAOMT) in administering Ozone therapy and is quite knowledgeable in essential oils as a natural approach to prevention and healing.  

Lisa moved to Old Bridge, New Jersey in 2010 where she resides with her husband and son.  After working in Manhattan and Northern New Jersey she has finally found her home here with us.

Lisa is a true asset to our office!
