Dr. Katta recently did my dental cleaning and I had the best experience ever! She was both gentle and thorough. I usually have pain and throbbing on my right side for hours after scaling procedures, but not this time--I had absolutely no pain or sensitivity. And several weeks afterward my teeth still feel great!

I've worked with over 30 dentists in my career and all I can say about Dr. Ross and Dream Smiles is it's the best kept secret in Portland!!! He is without question the best general dentist I have ever had the pleasure to be around. I am also a dentist and what brought me to Dr. Ross is I needed a dentist when I was in dental school at OHSU. A faculty member at OHSU told me about Dr. Ross and that he might be a good fit for me as he was taking new patients and he was close to OHSU. All treatment I have received has been incredible! You forget you are at the dental office. I have benefitted tremendously from a health and professional perspective from knowing Dr. Jeff Ross. Dr. Ross is a gem. I went initially to another reputable Dentist in Tigard who was going to charge us $800 for IV treatment for my young son to fill his cavities because he refused to use any other method for sedation. I came to Dr. Ross who had an old school approach of saving the patient money and using some patience, soft skills, and child psychology to help my child get comfortable with the treatment. All I can say is this guy is the real deal and comes across as a very warm and genuine man. I imagine that is why he had such success with my son as my son soon trusted him. He has a gift with children. Strong suggestion to make Dr. Ross your family dentist.

I have been working with Dr. Ross on a project for a couple of months now and I cannot wait for him to work on my teeth. His office is clean and professional and he greets everyone with a warm smile and a winning attitude. I recommend Dream Smiles and Dr. Ross as a sedation dentist in Portland. Dr. Katta’s been my dentist for years and she’s very amazing. I’ve had various problems with my teeth (chipped, broken, etc..) and she’s made my teeth look even better than before. Needed an urgent appointment due to a swelling/tooth pain situation. Staff was very accommodating and were able to get me in the same day. The options were well explained by the dentist, with no pressure, as to what needs to be done in the short term to eliminate the pain and then the pre-cautions and long term options. Insurance eligibility was well explained and taken care. Pain resolved and happy to go back to this office when I need dental care.

I have recently visited this office as a new patient and had a great experience. Appointment was made with some flexibility (I needed one on a Friday) and the staff was professional. My visit was simple. After examining the x-rays and other diagnosis, the female dentist congratulated me that my teeth are all fantastic and just needed just regular hygiene cleaning which I got it done. It was painless and felt great.

I cannot thank you enough for the gentle encouragement and time that it has taken to teach me how to take care of my teeth and gums. The time investment that you have made to designing a smile that is beautiful and practical, not to mention, helping me over my hurdle of fear.

Terribly frightened when I first came to you, I never believed that I would be where I am today. From childhood, I have been embarrassed about my smile. In adulthood, I did not want to meet my husbands friends for fear that they would see my teeth if I smiled. I had difficulty eating due to all of my cavities. My gums and teeth became inflamed and infected over the slightest thing. No matter how long or careful I brushed them, my teeth did not feel clean
