Dental Staff

Serving as the heart of our office, Cypil has been the Office Coordinator for over 20 years. After attending school in Colorado and Arizona, Cypil made her way back to Lubbock where she met her husband, JD. She and her husband have been married for over 30 years, and they have three beautiful kids. Cypil loves traveling and being with family and friends! 

Tami has worked at the office for over 15 years and  serves as Dr. McNeill's assistant. She has a big personality and is a definite team player.  Tami has four children: Dylan, Hanna, Landon and Wyatt. In her spare time she likes to read and shop!  

Our small town hygienist, Casie, has been cleaning teeth at our office for more than twelve years. After graduating from Lubbock Christian University where she played basketball, Casie received her Associate of Applied Science at Tarrant County College to become a registered dental hygienist. She is married to her husband, Brandon, and they have three kids: Jaxon, Delanie and Jake. Casie loves spending her free time with friends and family, and chasing her kids around.

Our Lubbockite, Kelsey, has been a dental hygienist for over 13 years. Following her graduation from Lubbock Christian High School, Kelsey attended Texas A&M College of Dentistry and received her Bachelor's of Science in Dental Hygiene. She is married to Kyle, and they have two boys, Parker and Henry, and a little girl, Julia! Kelsey spends her free time with friends and family, and enjoys watching sports!

Growing up in a dental family, Celeste, joined our practice in July 2018. Following her graduation from Trinity High School, Celeste went on to get her Bachelor's in Public Relations from Texas Tech University. She then went on to get her dental hygiene license at Amarillo College. Celeste is married to her husband, Justin, and  they have a son, Tristan. They enjoy traveling, cooking and baking! 

From patient to employee, Reagan joined our team June 2020 after graduating from Amarillo College as registered dental hygienist. Before becoming a hygienist, Reagan completed her degree in Natural Resource Conservation & Ecology from Lubbock Christian University. Reagan and her husband, John, have a daughter,  Hayley. They love playing pickle ball and spending time with family and friends. 

Joining our team in 2021, Carrie has been a dental assistant for over ten years and loves being with patients! She and her fiancé, Jeremiah, have five children; Emeri, Brightly, Jeremiah II, Nialynn, and Jane. Carrie loves spending time with family, playing board games and having movie night. 

Meet Meagan, she has been a part of our team since January, 2024. Meagan graduated from Texas Tech in December of 2022 with a Bachelors in Human Sciences. During her free time, she loves to shop, workout, and enjoys hanging out with family and friends. She is one of the front faces you will see when you come into our office!
