Julie received her hygiene degree from Ferris State University. She currently resides in Livonia with her family. In her free time, Julie enjoys cooking, decorating, hiking & shopping.

Ryan Rychlinski, RDH

Ryan graduated from Baker College in 2016 with an associate degree in dental hygiene. Ryan continued his education at Siena Heights University & earned his bachelor’s degree in applied sciences in 2017. Ryan has been a hygienist for over 4 years & is enthusiastic about educating patients on the importance of dental health. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his family & friends. Ryan also enjoys hunting, fishing, reading, & going to Red Wings games. 

MaryBeth Rempert, RDH

MaryBeth graduated from Oakland Community college in 2008. She has been in the dental field for 25 years. She started out as a dental assistant in general, endodontics, & cosmetic dentistry & has been a dental hygienist for 10 years. In her spare time, she enjoys camping up north & spending time with family & friends. Her favorite time is with her son.

Andrea Laubernds, RDH

Andrea graduated from Wayne Community College in 2010 and practiced in Detroit for 6 years. Then found a practice closer to home in Canton. She has over 12 years of dental hygiene experience.  Andrea is a season ticket holder for the Detroit Lions and loves traveling, especially camping and cruises, and trying out new restaurants. At home, Andrea spends time baking and just spending time with her husband, 3 dogs, and cat.

Sue Hubbs, CDA

Sue has been in the dental industry for over 40 years & with Dr. Regula & Preferred Dental Group for the last 30 years. Sue enjoys spending her free time with her children & grandchildren.

Mari Nicolin, Team Lead CDA (Office Administrator)

Mari graduated with an RN Degree from the Ana Aslan College of Nursing in Timisoara -Romania in 1994 & graduated with her Dental Assistant Degree in 1999 in the United States. She has been in the dental field for over 22 years. Mari loves cosmetic dentistry and is experienced in Orthodontics, Endodontics, Periodontics and Implants, CAD CAM, as well as full mouth reconstruction cases. In her free time Mari enjoys spending time with her daughter doing outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking, biking, running, golfing, and walking her dog Tucker.

Valerie Didyk, CDA

Valerie has been a dental assistant in the greater Detroit area for over 20 years. She has experience assisting in general dentistry, oral surgery, periodontics, orthodontics & cosmetic dentistry. In her spare time, Valerie likes to travel, go to concerts & visit family/friends. Valerie loves animals & especially enjoys playing with her cat “DIOR.”

Jasmin Dragoi

Jasmin Dragoi had been in the dental field for 5 years. She has experience in the CAD/CAM dental laboratory field, designing crowns and bridges, as well as fabricating all kinds of dental appliances, from mouthguards (for the Detroit Lions football players) to dental retainers and night guards. She loves the dental field and dreams to become a dentist in the future. In her free time she enjoys driving , going up North, long nature walks and playing with her little dog.

Amber Hoffman, CDA

Amber has 5 years’ experience in the dental field , she is very caring and loves her patients , she is always there to put them at ease and explains everything in great details when it comes to dental treatment. Amber is well rounded, compassionate, organized and is providing thorough and skillful support to our patients. In her free time, she is spending time with her son Nolan.

Cathy Counts

Cathy attended Detroit Public Schools and later, Henry Ford Community College. She has really enjoyed her tenure with Dr. Regula & the Preferred Dental Group for the last 29 years. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family & friends, reading, cooking & canoeing.

Ruth Anthony

Ruth has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & over 10 years of accounting experience. Her favorite pastimes are going to the park & reading. Ruth is a big animal lover & enjoys spending time with her family.

Front Desk Coordinators

Brittany Nahle

Brittany is the new front desk coordinator for Dr Regula, Dr. Najar and Dr. Lyddon. Brittany graduated from University of Michigan -Dearborn with a degree in Psychology and have been a dental coordinator since 2018. She likes spending time with her family and her puppy, Captain. She is currently learning Spanish.

Jessica Fischer

Jessica had joined the group with 4 years dental experience and will help our hygiene patients schedule their visits and check them out. In her free time Jessica enjoys singing karaoke , playing softball, loves food and Starbucks.
