Howard H. Pack, DMD

Howard was born in Los Alamos, NM and is a child of the southwest. He received a business degree from Brigham Young University in 2005 before attending dental school in Cleveland, OH. He graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine in 2009, after which he did an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the University Hospital of Cleveland. He strongly believes in continuing education and is constantly striving to improve himself as a dentist. While in Cleveland, he met his wife, Whitney, who was also in school training to become a pediatrician. She also was from the west and both were eager to move back after finishing their professional training.

Following residency in 2010, he and his wife Whitney moved to Durango and began their respective practices. Howard quickly began looking for something in Cortez, and purchased this office in 2011. They moved to Cortez after a year in Mancos. Whitney is a pediatrician and has opened her own clinic here in Cortez. They have two children with a 3rd on the way. Trent is a busy 5 year old and Lexi is a sweet 3 year old. They love the area and are happy to live in such a beautiful place.

Leah Stephens

I am a new Colorado resident originally from Dallas but for the past 5 years I was living in Savannah, GA. My parents have lived in Colorado for the past 10 years so I moved here to be close to family. I am married with a bunch of furbabies. I love the outdoors, hiking, riding bikes, camping and just taking our dogs down to the river. I have been in the dental field since 2009. I love working in all fields of dentistry. I took break from general and went into Orthodontics for several years but I'm happy to be back in general dentistry. I love meeting new people and seeing the outcome of their new smile. I am looking to forward to meeting you in the future.

Chelsea McKinney

I have been with this practice since December 2017 and sit chair side with Dr. Pack as his assistant. I received a certificate of completion as a "Certified Dental Assistant" in February 2018. I am a mother of two boys and just recently got engaged. I love spending my free time with my family. We all love going bowling, to the movies and just being with one another. I also love playing sports, softball being my favorite.
